In the My Profile
section of the dashboard, you can manage the settings of the account that you are currently logged in to. Every account has the My Profile section.
View user information
Go to My Profile. The page that opens will display information about the user.
The information fields are divided into three groups.

Basic information
- First name and Last name of the user.
- Account type -
Regular user
orFull access
. - Groups - List of groups the user account is included into.

Contact details
- E-mail address specified when creating the user account.
- Skype — User's Skype ID for instant communication (if specified).
- Phone number, Extension number, Mobile phone - Details for instant communication by phone (if specified).

Language settings
- Language - Dashboard interface language for the user.
- Report language - Language for generating reports for the user (if reporting is enabled).
Edit user information

In the My Profile section, click .

Edit the user information.
- First name and Last name of the user.
- Skype - User's Skype ID for instant communication (optional).
- Phone number, Extension number, Mobile phone - Details for instant communication by phone (optional).

Click Save.
Edit user language preferences

In the My Profile section, click .

Set the required settings.

Language - Dashboard interface language.

Report language - Language for generating reports that you will receive by email. If you don't want to be receiving reports, select Don't send.

Click Save.
Enable two-factor authentication
Your Qrator Labs account is password-protected by default. To enhance account security, you can enable two-factor authentication. In this case, in order to access your dashboard, you will have to enter not only your email address and password, but also a one-time six-digit code generated on your mobile device. You can use Google Authenticator on iOS or Android or another TOTP application to generate the codes.
To enable two-factor authentication:

Go to My Profile.

In the Protect your account block, click Start.
This will generate and display your private key and QR code.

Launch the app on your mobile device. Add an account to it by entering your private key or scanning the QR code from your dashboard.

In the dashboard, click Next.

In the Pin code field, enter the code generated by the mobile app and click Confirm.
Disable two-factor authentication
Note
To disable two-factor authentication, you must have access to a mobile device with an app that generates temporary codes. If this is not possible, a user with full access can disable two-factor authentication for you.

Go to My Profile.

In the Account is protected block, click Disable.

In the Pin code field, enter the code generated by the mobile app and click Confirm.
Change password
Note
To set a new password, you must enter your current password. If you have forgotten your current password, a user with full access can reset your password for you](users.md#reset-password).

Go to My Profile.

In the Change password block, click .

In the Password field, enter your current password.

In the New password field, enter your new password. In the next field, enter the new password again.

Click Save.
